𝗘𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗹

2024 has been an adventure. It was a kaleidoscope of experiences, painting everyone’s world with different, but vibrant hues.

As an artist, every year brings with it a new canvas. The one of this year was filled with textures, emotions, and bold strokes of growth. My studio, more often than not, was an evolving playground of colours: from deep ceruleans, to fiery oranges, and soft pastels.

This year wasn’t without its shadows. But these darker tones only deepened the contrast, giving my work more depth and emotion.

The highlight was indubitably the ongoing Colourful Island exhibition. Within the spacious walls of the Offices of Frank Salt, I was able to showcase my art to members of the public I hadn’t yet interacted with.

Maybe 2025 will truly be a new opportunity for us to make new friends and acquaintances. I certainly hope so.

As the year winds down, I reflect not just on the completed works, but also on the unfinished ones. Many sketches, and dreams, remain unfinished yet ready to be transformed. They are the seeds of 2025, a year that I anticipate with excitement.

If 2024 was the year of discovery, may 2025 be the year of mastery.
